Charter Row Lifehouse provides 57 units of supported accommodation for single men, aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness for a period of up to a year. Clients need to be experiencing homelessness and have identified support needs around a lack of independent living skills. Support is provided on either a half board or bed and breakfast basis. £34 (Half Board) £18 (Bed and Breakfast) per week. All residents have access to a support worker and an activity programme which offers support with Education, Training and Employability Skills. Drop in services are also provided via Hanover Medical Centre / Devonshire Green (GP) and a range of other local partners.
Referrals to the service come via Howden House and Sheffield City Council's Housing Solutions team.
Our services include:
- A specialised ETE (Education, Training and Employment) support worker
- Chaplaincy support
- Drop in sessions on a weekly basis in partnership with Devonshire Green Surgery
- Probation support
- Addiction support (facilitated by Addaction)
