Doncaster COVID-19 Support
Homelessness prevention and support during coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19)
We understand how important it is that all people have a safe and secure place to live, and this is even more important during the coronavirus pandemic as people must keep apart from others unless they live together.
Please be assured, people are being offered accommodation and food in our town and this will be in place as long as necessary.
No one needs to be homeless in Doncaster and we have a range of services with our partners to ensure that everyone is offered accommodation and provided with support relevant to their individual needs.
We will continue to support people who are homeless, and prevent people from becoming homeless.
We are continuing to support those who are rough sleeping and if you become aware of anyone who may be rough sleeping please report them via Street link https://www.streetlink.org.uk/ or through the email and phone number detailed below.
Instead of coming to the One Stop Shop at The Civic Building, customers should email:
HousingOptionsTeam@doncaster.gov.uk
Or by phone
The Home Options Team 01302 736000,
phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
The out of hours number for emergency homelessness situations is 01302 323444
