Provides advice, help and support for anyone who is homeless, could become homeless in the near future, or has a housing problem which they need help to resolve. If they can't resolve your housing issue immediately your case will be referred to one of the casework teams so that further work can be done. Sheffield City Council commission housing related support services for homeless and vulnerable people in Sheffield. This includes the provision of supported accommodation in hostels and dispersed temporary addresses as well as support for people living in their own tenancies. The overriding aim of the services is to prevent homelessness and to resettle people after a period of homelessness. Access to these services is through the Council’s Housing Support Pathway.
