This project supports people over the age of 16 in maintaining their tenancy and or property as well as finding and securing new properties. Individuals will receive advice on day-to-day issues such as finance and budgeting, alongside education and employment. Individuals will also have a tailored support plan and will be able to meet with their support worker as regularly as they need.
Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm, During weekends 9am - 5pm. Floating support team also offers out-of-ours visits.
