We operate a library service and a safe place to read our, or your own, books. In addition to the Sheffield Libraries' book stock, we have an a further 7,000 books (including new releases) in our own "Blue Sticker" collection. We have a range of large print and audio books The large children's library is in a separate room We provide local and national newspapers and a small number of magazines. There are four Sheffield City Council computers linked to the People's Network and Free Wi-Fi for customers' own devices. We also have two charging units. There is always at least one jigsaw on the go and we have a number of board games. There is a Paper Pastimes activity once a month and a monthly book/crotchet group looking for new members. Monthly book sale and drop-in sessions every two months with the Walkley Historians. Some holiday/half-term children's events, including Children's University activities School and specialist university/college visits We are open to offers from people wishing to run free activities during this period.
