Firvale Community Hub have an open-door policy, and anyone can come and be part of the existing services or as an individual. They can have access to the Wi-fi, see specialist workers, use our community kitchen etc. They offers various ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses, including accredited and non-accredited options, conversation practice, and individual tutoring. It also provides volunteer ESOL tutor training and classroom volunteering opportunities. Additionally, it offers BTEC Level 1 courses, the Kickstart Program, national career CV writing support, and guidance for learning and employment pathways. Additionally the  service provides advice, advocacy, and information on a wide range of benefits, including Universal Credit, Council Tax Benefit, Carers Allowance, PIP, DLA, Attendance Allowance, and various other state benefits and pensions. They also offer support with mandatory reconsiderations and appeals.

They provide also comprehensive immigration services, covering asylum and protection, further leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain, nationality, EU law, and entry clearance applications, all in accordance with immigration law
