Roundabout’s Supporting Tenants service works with young people and their families who are living in their own property but need some support to sustain their tenancy.
The young people Roundabout support in this service may have moved out of Roundabout’s accommodation and need help while they acclimatise to independent living, or may already be living in their own property but circumstances have changed, leading to them needing help to prevent them from becoming homeless. Support is tailored to each individual and covers a range of issues from maximising income through benefit sustainment and budgeting, to helping manage any health issues.
The service works across the whole of Sheffield and can support people living in council, housing association and private rented accommodation.
