Social Cafe for people recovering from mental illnesses, Tuesday 2pm - 4 pm Friday 11 am - 2 pm.
We also have a monthly meeting for women with mild to moderate mental health problems.
Women's weight loss and Gym sessions on Tuesdays 12 - 2 PM.
This is in addition to advice sessions on Mondays 9:00 A M till 12 PM and Tuesdays 9:00 AM till 12 PM.
