Shiloh provides comprehensive support for homeless or at-risk adults in Rotherham. Key services include:
- Drop-in support: Open weekdays with specialized sessions (multi-agency, council homeless team).
- Practical assistance: Hot meals, clothing, laundry, showers, phone/computer access, emergency food parcels.
- Advice and guidance: Help with accommodation, healthcare, benefits, banking, mental health, and substance abuse.
- Rapid housing assistance: Support in finding and moving into new properties.
- Activities and learning: Skill-building workshops (bicycle repair, cooking, arts, IT).
- Open access: Welcoming all adults without referrals.
Access to this service is through the Lighthouse Home project during the week. Food available Sunday 18:00 - 19:00 only. Sunday Night Cafe will also help people back into employment by referring to the main Lighthouse Project. NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING DUE TO COVID-19
Target Housing Rotherham is a support accommodation project, primarily for current offenders, ex-offenders or those at risk of offending. The project offers fully furnished, mainly shared, and some single unit accommodation across the Rotherham Borough for up to two year. No self referrals.
Services offered: men and women sections. Separate unisex wheelchair access and baby changing facilities available. Open Monday to Saturday 06:00 - 00:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 only.
The aim of the charity is to provide excellence in care for all those throughout Rotherham affected by a terminal illness. This Hospice care is delivered through a Day Hospice, an Inpatient Unit and in the community through the Hospice Community Team.
Statutory agencies, front line workers, concerned individuals and potential victims of modern slavery can call the referral helpline. confidential referral helpline 0800 808 3733 is available 24/7
If the individual gives their consent they will be referred into the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) to assess eligibility for further support. This may include accommodation, outreach and move-on support.

The Wath Community Foodbank works in partnership with Fareshare Yorkshire & Rotherham's Food in Crisis project. It provides food for people facing short-term financial hardship. No self referrals. Referrals come via GP's, Social Workers and schools. Food available Tuesday 12:30 - 13:30 only. Call the telephone number to leave a message for a call back.
MESMAC Clinics offer drop in testing fror HIV, Syphlis, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia and Pregnancy. Open Tuesday 10:00 - 14:00 and Thursday 15:00 - 19:00 only. Also open on the first Saturday of each month.
