If you are homeless or know someone who is, please contact Rotherham Council as soon as possible. Contact the Homelessness Team 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 01709 336009.

If you are calling about someone you are concerned for, you will need to be with them when you call.
Free calls can be made in Rotherham town centre using the BT InLink devices, located on Corporation Street, College Street, Church Street and Howard Street.
Use the ‘Free calls' option on the tablet or use the keypad to dial the emergency number.
You can also access the Rotherham Council website via the InLink to find out information on other council services.

Call or email Rotherham Foodbank to receive a food voucher that will allow you food and support for a minimum of 3 days. No self referrals. Food available Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 - 14:00 only.

For 7 days a week, the trust runs Integrated Sexual Health Clinics. Open Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 21:00; Friday 09:00 - 17:00; Saturday 10:00 - 14:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 14:00 only. Please note weekends are for under 25's only.

Over 5 days, the trust runs a HIV Clinic open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 08:30 - 17:00 and Tuesday and Thursday 08:30 - 19:00 only.

The local job centre can help find work and also help to administer claims for Welfare Benefits. Opening hours Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 only.

Provides round the clock mental health care for patients who attend Rotherham General Hospital to provide assessment, treatment and management of mental health to adults over the age of 18.

Anyone with a tenancy can be referred by must be over 16. Self-referral. The Rotherham Thursday Project work with people who live in their own home, but are at risk of becoming homeless for a variety of reasons._x000D_

The South Yorkshire Animal Centre is supported by our shops which can recycle your second hand goods to raise funds for animal welfare.

A 24/7 organisation offering accommodation and support to homeless and inappropriately housed young people aged 16-25. Currently our accommodation is open to young people aged 16-25 who are under the care of their Local Authority. We have support services available to people aged 16+ who may need information, advice and guidance around housing related issues.
